Refund policy
Money back within 30 days
If Plus or Perfect Drill is not for you, you get a full refund within 30 days of any payment, including automatic renewals. No reason needed.
How to ask for a refund
Paddle.com sells Plus and Perfect Drill as our Merchant of Record and pays the refund. Go to paddle.net, look up your order with the e-mail you used and request the refund, or reply to your Paddle receipt. You can also write to hallo@pescaday.com, we will pass it on.
What happens next
Paddle refunds the money to the payment method you used. Your tier ends with the refund, your account and your data stay; founders keep Plus.
Cancelling is not the same as a refund
Cancelling stops the next renewal and you keep your tier until the end of the paid period. If you also want your money back, ask for a refund within the period above.
