Cancel contracts here
You can cancel Plus and Perfect Drill at any time, effective at the end of the paid period. Because Paddle is the seller, you cancel directly with Paddle, in three steps.
- Tap “Cancel now at Paddle” below. This opens paddle.net, Paddle’s customer site.
- Choose “Look up my purchase” and enter the e-mail address you used to buy. Paddle finds your subscription and sends you a confirmation link.
- Pick your Pescaday subscription and cancel it. Paddle confirms the cancellation by e-mail.
Prefer e-mail?
Write to hallo@pescaday.com with your Pescaday username and the e-mail address you used to buy. We then cancel the subscription for you at Paddle and confirm it by e-mail. The link in your Paddle receipt also takes you to the cancellation.
What happens next
Your tier stays until the end of the paid period, after that you will not be charged again. Your account and your data stay, founders keep Plus. Cancelling is not a refund: if you want your money back, ask within 30 days, see the Refund policy.
