How the planner works
You choose target fish, water, day and method. Pescaday suggests baits and builds a packing list to tick off. Everything is stored in your browser only. Your device calculates sunrise and sunset itself if you share your location. Weather (German Weather Service) and water levels (PEGELONLINE) load only when you tap the button; your location, rounded to about one kilometre, is then sent to these services.
Closed seasons and minimum sizes are set by each German state (and by each country abroad) and can be stricter on individual waters. We are building an overview with sources and check dates. Until then, check the local fishing regulations and the rules of the club or permit for your water.
